YKNOT GETAWAY BOND

At YKNOT Getaway, we take our guests' satisfaction very seriously. We require a property bond to be paid with each booking, which will be refunded provided that there is no damage to the property and that it is left in the same condition as when you arrived. This means stripping the sheets and placing them in the laundry (please leave mattress protectors on and blankets/top quilts folded neatly on the beds), putting away dishes, sweeping the floors, placing recycling in the appropriate bins and all household rubbish to be taken with you and dropped at the waste station on the way out of town. Furthermore, we kindly ask that guests respect our neighbors and adhere to a 11pm noise restriction, if you are having a party please let us know so we can inform the neighbors. Lastly, if any damage occurs please report this immediately to management.

Please note that after checkout, our team will inspect the property for any damages, loss, or extra cleaning required. If any bond monies are to be withheld, we will notify you promptly. Please allow 5-7 business days for your bond refund to be processed.
